In August most of your lakes the fish are going deep due to the hot weather and water temp. But on Lake Chickamauga the Largemouth bass like the heat, we’ve been having some good trips on Chickamauga lately. The Largemouth bass are still holding out on the edges of the flats and out on the ledges. The baits we’ve been using has been dropshot, shaky head and jigs, were catching good numbers along with some good size fish.
