Lake Chatuge is starting to get back on track from all the rain and high water, but the water temps have already reached the mid 80’s and were just in the 3rd week of June. The Spotted bass and Largemouth bass we’ve been catching have been on a dropshot rig with a 6″ Roboworm and a shaky head with a Strike King 6.5″ finesse worm. Areas we’ve been targeting is long points with a deep drop and step deep bank lines. We are using the same lures around boat docks and lay downs.
