Fishing has been good on Lake Burton, The water temp is around 65 to 68 degrees and the Largemouth bass are starting to spawn. We have been catching most of them out in front of docks waiting to pull up and spawn. We’ve been targeting them with jigs, swimbaits and spinnerbaits.  The Spotted bass are spawning and are around rocky flats and long points, you can catch them dragging a shaky head and using a drop shot. The top water bite should really pick up when the Spotted bass come off bed the next couple weeks. Give us a call and get your lake Burton trip booked.
