Dale Hollow Lake
- On February 6, 2019
We went on our annual Dale Hollow lake trip last month, in search of some big Smallmouth bass. It was a different year this year, the water temps was in the low to mid 40’s, but the lake was almost at full pool which normally this time of year it’s about 6 to 8 feet below full pool in the winter. With the water this high the fish was scattered and the numbers was down. The fish we did catch was on a 3.5″ tube, Z-Man Trd and float n fly. This is one of my favorite lakes to fish in the winter time, If you’ve never been there you should give it a try. Now is time to start booking your spring fishing trip, the calendar is starting to fill, Give us a call.
